This tractor is new in the box. It is 1/64th scale. It is likely made of plastic, it is hard to tell without opening. The packaging has shelf wear, bent corners. Dated with a sticker on top of tractor 1992. Packaging is 5 1/2" tall and just under 4 3/4" wide. Please see photos as they are part of the description
