The applicator appears to be in good condition. The box has a slight smell of old basement. Being stored in closed container with baking soda fridge boxes to pull smell. The box is also warped, it is not in the best condition. It had a mound of wreaths sitting on it for years, you are buying this for the Applicator gun.
