This ornament is in good condition, there is some yellowing in the snow on the roof. The box has just a bit of shelf wear on corners, there is 1984 in pen on one side. the plastic has a little scratching and I am not certain the plastic belongs with this box. Please see photos to understand condition, and they are part of the description.
