This small hardcover book is very old and has been used, please see photos and description for condition according to how you see it. I see it as fair to good condition for its age. There is significant shelf wear to corners and spine, there is a damaged area on the front and damaged are on the back. Pages are yellowed. I see no obvious writing, or water damage. There last page is ripped and the second to last page has a little damage to it's edge. Binding is fragile with a few small areas that are broken but it is mostly intact. It is a second edition. It is described as a treasury of Lutheran sermons from the late 19th century. It is 5 1/2" tall and 4" wide
