Item is used, please see photos and description for condition. The specific item is a 12-inch Dessert Tray/Mince Pie Plate S3324-A8 Christmas Tree Pattern. This is made in China. I do not see any cracks or chips. Therr is no obvious scratches in the paint. There is some paint loss in the gree line around. Other items not included
