This Stein is in good condition. I do not see any chips, cracks or scratches through the paint. There is a logo under the lid. The lid is not magnetic probably aluminum or pewter or both. It is 7 3/4" tall. The bottom diameter is 4 1/8" the top diameter is just under 3 1/4". Please see photos as they are part of the description
