This bottle brush tree appears to have been the top to the Winking Merry Lite made in Japan in the 50s. It is the tree only and no lights or base. It has a few spots that are bare of tinsel. The orange red bulbs glow with my UV light. You could add a battery operated black light under here and the red bulbs would glow, see the photos of the inside of the tree.
