The envelope is in vintage condition with a few small rips. Section A-B leotard is cut but present. Section B with pants and cumberbund are missing. Section A-B leotard is present but cut out. Section C is uncut except for the hood which is missing. Section D is complete and uncut. Section E is entirely cut, the sample width of ruffle is missing but the other 4 pieces are complete.
