this is a 10 inch tall bottle it's ribbed at the bottom, smooth at the top there are no large chips or cracks. There is a tiny flea bite at inside of mouth. There are several bubbles in the glass. There are patches of cloudiness I believe this could be cleaned up has the appearance of calcium scale from hard water but I do not attempt to clean these up do not want to ruin it. It does have markings on the bottom
