This little hugger is vintage and used, please see photos to understand condition. I do not see any cracks, chips or anything missing. There is no makers mark, looks similar to Napco but greenery on the hat is not exactly the same. The is 1 3/4" tall 2 /14" wide 1 1/4" deep.
