This base is vintage and used, please see photos to understand condition. I see no chips or cracks. The Holy is painted but the berries are painted green and not red. A ruler has been places at key points so you can see measurements. The bottom diameter is 8 1/8" the tree going on top should be 4" to sit properly on top. The light does work.
