This is a coin bank distributed by The Ertl Company for Coca-Cola. It has original styrofoam and box. I see nothing broke or missing. The bank works when a coin is inserted and you move the children, coin drops and Santa reads the note on the mantle. Very simple bank. It is 9" tall to top of clock.
