This is a coin bank distributed by The Ertl Company for Coca-Cola. It has original styrofoam and box. I see nothing broke or missing. The bank works when a coin is inserted and you push the jack-in-the-box head down, the coin drops and Elfs atm moves as if it is painting the sign. Very simple bank. It is just under 6 3/4" and the base is 6" diameter The box has much wear and some rips.
