The pot has a few spots of discoloration. This lid cane with it when we bought it and I did see quite a few with a similar plastic lid, but I cannot gurantee this is the original lid. The plastic lid does have 2 areas with cracks, but lid is stable. Please see photos to understand condition. With lid it is roughly 9 1/4" tall 7 3/4" tall without the lid, diameter is just over 9 1/2"
