This is a clear Hemingray #16 insulator, it has cotton belt route etched on the top. 4" tall. 2 3/4 diameter. no cracks, chips, may be a little dirty. There may be very small chips. There is an odd spot on the bottom I took extra photos, it is raised, not chipped out. Please see photos as they are part of the description and show you what you will receive.
