This treetopper is in original packaging. The angel is in good condition. 9 lights turn on, but they do not flash, likely just need to replace one of the bulbs with a flashing bulb. She is 8" tall. The packaging has wear and water stains and warping on the cardboard. The plastic has really yellowed and has several cracks in the plastic at the bottom.
