This is a set of 3 packages of sleeves and 1 red sleeve with Santa. The two white packages are not opened the brown is open, but there are 10 sleeves, I believe it was opened to put the red sleeve in with them to keep it safe. Santa is larger and is 11 1/2" tall x 9" wide I do not know if this will fit the electric Luminaries or not. The luminarias in the packasges are 10 1/2" long 8 15/16th wide.
