It has a textured dark brown leather folio case with a zip-around closure, it does have worn edges and a few deeper spots of wear. It has a tag inside that says genuine leather. Inside It has a stand up mirror secured in the top flap of the case, the mirror does have one are top right that the backing has been scratches off. It has 3 matching black Bakelite-style containers typically used for items like a toothbrush, razor, and bar of soap. It has a square bottle, that may or may not have been original to the case, but it fits perfectly and is made by Owens. It is just a tiny bit under eleven inches long. It is six and 34 inch wide.
