The caps are unmarked, I am unsure of the maker. The pink bell ornament is 3 1/4" to the top of the hanging ring. the bell section is open with a bead clanger. The pink one has a small chip at its mouth. The silver and blue bell is a bit over 3" tall just to the top of the hanging ring. it does not have an open bell. neither are in perfect condition, you are buying as is. When buying vintage ornaments, you may be getting discoloration, paint loss, crazing and ruined boxes, please be aware of this before ordering.
