This item is vintage and used please see all photos and description to see condition. it is a light blue ornament with more teal tinsel but around it. It has glitter on ornaments and tinsel tips. It is a small ornament at 1/2" itself and with tinsel 2" depending how you arrange tinsel. The pipe cleaner is 4" from attachment to tip
