Bottle is clear and does not have any color tint, the tint is reflective of the background.Please see photos to understand condition and they are part of the description. I see no chips or cracks in this bottle. It does need cleaned. It still has a strong cologne or perfume smell to it. I see no makers mark. It is 3 1/2" to top of lid 2 1/2" wide and just under 1 3/4" deep
