Please see photos so you understand condition. I do not see any chips or cracks period there may be a little paint loss especially in the gold and bottom of the feet. You will receive one nowl and one creamer. I see no makers mark. Sugar bowl is just under 6" edge to edge and is a touch over 3" at the end which is tapered up a bit. Creamer is also just under 6" and is 3 3/4" to top of handle
