Please see photos to understand condition and they are part of the description. this is a hand-painted porcelain sugar dish it has different rows sets on each side I do not see any chips or cracks there is paint where at the rim of the bowl and on the handles of the bowl the lid does not seem to have any paint wear it is mostly the gold on that rim that appears to have had paint loss and the gold on the handles. there is a maker's mark on the bottom it says PT Germany and has beautiful seal and the numbers 5152 and 24. It is 5 1/2" wide 5" tall from feet to top of lid
