This house is old, used and fragile. Surprisingly all the window film is intact, but the nig window has a teat. There is no film on the side windows and possibly never were any there. There is a little discoloration in the roof mica. It appears they were not careful when painting, with white in the pink and pink in the white. The base has loys of discoloration in the mica. The corners are bent and edges show some level of wear. The back has damage where the light gets pushed in and the back foes not seem to line up at the roof line. For its age its in good shape, someone cared for it. 3 7/8" wide 2 13/16" deep and 3 1/2" tall Please see all the photos to understand its condition
