This house is old, used and fragile. The big windows or door has torn and missing film as well as the upper left window. The window to the left of the door is present but has a tear. The windows on the sides likely had no window film. The awning has a little wear to edges and bends at the corners. There is a little discoloration and wear in the roof as well as blue paint where it should not be. The base in intact, but with discoloration and all the edges and corners have some level of wear. There is a little color loss to the roof line, but for its age its in good shape, someone cared for it. 3 7/8" wide 2 3/4" deep and just over 3 1/2" tall Please see all the photos to understand its condition
