This piece is in okay condition for its age on the front cover there is a name in pencil and the variety store of vermilion South Dakota but stamp on the front cover there is a little tear in the front cover and wear on the pages The binding on the first and last page is torn from the bottom to 4 inches from the top. The inside pages are in tact The binding is all together there are a few stains a few minor pencil marks and a few minor tears it is not attached to the first back pages there are some tears in the back page please see photos of that as part of the description.
