This album is in good condition for its age. It has some yellowing of the pages. The cover has a little shelf wear, and a few small tears in front cover and spine. The back cover has some staining. It is 11 13/16" long 8 15/16" wide. I briefly scanned it and did not see any writing, or obvious rips or tears. Please see photos as they are part of the description
