This elf or pixie is in pretty good condition. He still has his tag showing he was made in China for Sterling. His cheeks have just a bit of glow to his cheeks under blacklight. I don't see anything wrong with the fabric other than a small stain by his neck, I did not attempt to clean. His face is a little bit dirty. I didn't want to clean it for fear of damaging. please see the pictures they are part of the description.
