Vintage Sugar Frosted Pillar Glass Candle Hummel Girl with Basket Evans AS IS

This is vintage and used, please see all photos to understand condition. It is 5" tall There are area along the top the "sugar" has fallen off. There is no candle inside, maybe some remnants of wax.
