This velvet pipe and cigarette tobacco tin is in good vintage condition. The color is amazing it does have scratches, a big one with some paint loss. There is some rust on the bottom. Ligget & Meyers Tobacco Co. There is a Tobacco stamp on top with traces on the sides. Please see the photos so you understand condition.
