This is a smooth dessert dish. It is smooth with a seam. It has a beautiful neon green glow under uv light. I do not see or feel significant chips, cracks, there is a flea bite on the outside of the mouth lip. Please see photos to understand condition. It is 3" tall and just under 3 1/2" diameter at the top.
